Sorry Jan - what do you mean by MWS?  I have accessed Anti-D through local hospitals in WA fairly recently without any problems.  One hospital required verbal authority from the GP/ob who was "linked" with my client, but once phoned through the anti D was given to me to give to the woman requiring it.  I had had her blood tests done through that hospital pathology so they had all the records to verify the need.  I don't think RED CROSS would refuse to supply - would it be the hospital making it difficult for you?  I have a woman with neg. blood group due this week and will probably be needing to access Anti-D for her, so hope I don't encounter problems too.  Good luck.  Cheers, Lois Wattis
