Subject: [ozmidwifery] Skin to Skin

Ashley Montagu's Touching -- the Human Significance of Skin. Shows up in second hand bookshops, libraries etc. I don't know how much there is on your topic. I've warmed a baby in the dead of winter (I arrived a little after the birth) and it was so cold, the mother was exhausted. I'm blessed with a G-cup. Tucked bub under the breast...warm as toast!

Loved that skin to skin contact with my own babes. Excellent bonding.

Not very scientific, but valid to me.

I wish you success,
