I'm passing this back to the happy couple...they'll love it. love and empowerment to you too.   Aviva PS An old friend of mine used to say empowerment wasn't a good term, as power can always go the wrong way and carries a lot of responsibilities. He preferred "enablement", which I think's pretty good.
