Julie,   I did a brief search on the internet and found the following reference. It was just a linking site and gave me the following information.   For anybody interested in maternity care/midwifery in the Netherlands.   Over the past twelve years I have collected the following list of  literature (in English) on the organisation of maternity services in the Netherlands (often incorrectly referred to as Holland).
