I've had a similar problem with my son in the past, and the rash turned out to be thrush. I had to treat him internally thru his gut, feeding lots of yoghurt etc, and used a combination of anti-fungal and zinc cream on his bottom. Another old remedy was plain old corn flour, very soothing, and as it healed, bathed his bottom with a dilute mix of carb soda/water. Good luck, Pauline ----- Original Message ----- From: "Cheryl LHK" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Thursday, April 03, 2003 6:16 PM Subject: [ozmidwifery] nappy rash
