Hello fellow midwives Could someone please inform me on the significance of the umbilical artery SD ratio.
Background - a client has a slightly raised SD ratio. Client reports that at the ultra sound the SD ratio was normally around 3 - 3.6 and one was 5.7.
I am baffled and would really appreciate some information on this. I questioned the Doctor - he is also unsure but not concerned.
