Hi all, I am almost through the Grad. Dip. of Mid. and am completing my final essay!!! I was after any suggestions, advice or links any of you may have in regard to the following quote:   A thorough knowledge of both the physiological and psychological changes of the puerperium is essential if the midwife is to accurately appraise maternal health status and determine that a recovery consistent with the norms is taking place. Equally important is awareness of the potential long-term postpartum morbidity and the obstetric and social factors associated with this.   Thanks Kristy
