You can almost see little beetles with these pads on becoming even more
"stranded"!! You feel like screaming "Just help her to turn over" which
would reduce the "inconvience" described in the advertisment of the

 "woman either had to rely on one or two other people to help position her
legs, or had to use her own hands, which is inherently difficult and is made
worse by sweaty hands and knees, epidural anesthesia, obesity, the size of
the patient's legs and exhaustion. Sometimes a birthing mother will grab the
side rails of the bed or try to brace her feet against them for leverage".

Sadly this aid will probably be more acceptable in labour rooms than active
birth positions. I hate to imagine the damage hours of breathe holding, chin
on chest pushing whilst pulling on these things will do to women's legs.
There is so much money to be made on the backs of women!!
