You will find it difficult to find a
HypnoBirthing practitioner in Adelaide. The only people qualified to teach
Hypnosis in South Australia and Western Australia are doctors, psychs and
psychologists etc. Hard to believe in this day and age that they don't recognise
the 2 year training we go through to become hypnotherapists.
Mind you the same rules applied in Victoria 9 years
ago when I was doing my study.
I have travelled to Adelaide only a couple of
months ago and taught the Calmbirth program (because I can't teach the
HypnoBirthing program for obvious reasons) to 3 couples and would be
willing to travel again. One has already given birth and I'm sure they would be
more than willing to share their experience.
