Hi wise women,   Can anyone point me in the direction of information or research about 4th degree perineal tears and subsequent births?  Have just had an email enquiry and whilst I know lots of anecdotal stuff, I’d like to present an evidence based package of information to this woman.   Thanks in advance   Tania
