It's been some time since I have looked at a 2003 issue,
however have you checked that the IIS Web Server extensions have been
installed/enabled for use with the site?If you can't find it in IIS you may need to re-register the version of the .net framework with IIS. I am not very experienced with 2003 at all, so was wondering if any of you had encountered similar?
