You shouldn't if you used a vanilla windows server.  However, I have
seen to places (here included) where the windows image doesn't give the
proper permission to the temp directory (the framework temp directory
that is).  So after fixing the permission and re-registering the
framework to iis(aspnet_regiis.exe -i), it worked fine.

There seem to be no end of issues surrounding this but I'm still not
convinced I actually need to do anything beyond the installation.
