You should be able to modify it under Site Settings à Advanced permissions à Settings à Access Requests

How do you change the owner of a team site (ie the person who receives the access requests)? I've changed the owner of certain sites to the correct person in the sites directory list, however the creator of the site still receives all the access requests, instead of the "owner". I'm sure I'm missing the most basic setting somewhere, but...
