Yes, James, I am using it in Silverlight as well, I may change it to web 
service instead.

Yeah - I have almost used the owssvr.dll method a couple of times from 
Silverlight 2 but it doesn't work for everyone.
 
In the end I wrote some code to call the SharePoint WebService instead and 
parse the result using LINQ to XML.
