Enterprise wiki is a template type in SP2010. I've made the rss feed anonymous, and it is working as anonymous but the rssviewer webpart is still having issues. Will try Kerberos instead.

If your Enterprise Wiki is internal, then you need to make sure you are using Kerberos as your authentication protocol, as this will let SharePoint pass your credentials through. This is both your MOSS instance and your Enterprise Wiki (I'm assuming your Enterprise Wiki is not SharePoint..?) If your Enterprise Wiki uses a completely different authentication method, short of custom-coding something, i'm guessing there's going to be no easy way to get that functionality. I would reccomend just hooking into the RSS feed in your rich-client RSS reader (Such as Outlook).
