Subject: Delete stuck timer job

Hi
all,

My
Windows SharePoint Services Web.Config Update timer job has got stuck and is
preventing activation of web application features.

I’ve
no idea what particular feature might have been responsible and don’t
want to start digging.

Can
I safely delete this from the Timer Job Definitions list in CA, or is there a
better method?

Kind
regards,

Paul
Noone
