Ken, Download the UDCX file and open using notepad. Make sure that ALL data connection strings point to the correct and working URL.

But when open the form, it shows "An error occurred accessing a data source. An entry has been added to the Windows event log of the server. Log ID:5566". In sharepoint log, it shows "Data adapter failed during OnLoad: The remote server returned an error: (503) Server Unavailable.". It just trying to call "GetUserProfileByName' web service, and I have tried almost all the solutions I can find on the web but still no luck. Do I have to convert the data connection to UDC?
