Unfortunately no. If you have an Enterprise Microsoft Agreement you can deal directly with Microsoft or if you use a proxy ;)
This is ridiculous we pay a premium and all we get is an extra hop in the support channel instead of being able to deal directly with Microsoft. Not to mention how much I love dealing with Tel$tra. Office365 looks promising as it was built from the ground up for the Cloud where as BPOS (Big Pile of ....) was tacked together. They have shot themselves in the foot with keeping Telstra on board in my opinion. Time will tell..
