Hi Ken,

I don't believe there is a way, last time I needed it I set up a web part on 
bounce page, I sent the user there with the list item ID of the item they 
wanted and the URL of the list (which you can get into the search results). The 
web part did a lookup for the list using the URL, and then redirected them to 
the correct page with the list GUID and Item ID. I think I was trying to start 
a workflow from the search results page (it was a search driven application).
