Zahra, There are articles about it on the internet - essentially there is an xml file in the 14 hive that you can copy, change the template for the emails, then register it for sharepoint to use for a specific email. I am not sure if the scheduled deletion template is one of them, but you can find out by looking through the different templates in that xml file.
