--> Current state: it's almost done

3. It was proposed to adjust the timing of the community sync to make
it easier to join from China
--> There are two options:
--> Organize one meeting, but in this case it will be inconvenient
for US west (7 am) and China (10 pm)
--> Use two timings and change them weekly
--> Conclusion: We need a survey/vote on the mailing list to
collect all the feedback
In-progress design discussions:

--> There were some questions about moving between different
