Description:
Override the default Hadoop FS impl, which moves trash under
{{o3fs://bucketName.volumeName.om/user/userName/.Trash/Current/...}}
New trash location will be:
{{o3fs://bucketName.volumeName.om/.Trash/userName/Current/...}}
This change also unifies the trash root with OFS.
