I had never visited that site before Scott. It's certainly seems more responsive then the Silverlight.net site with its "will my css and images even load today" attitude ;)
It does seem a little odd to split your audience into two sites, but not uncommon. I assume Microsoft.com/Silverlight is targeting business decision makers versus Silverlight.net being for developers? It is always handy to be able to point a non technical person at marketing site that speaks their language and shows them the top-class examples. While personally I'm more interested in the community samples, latest tips and news of Silverlight.net. John.
