If anyone is interested my Traffic in the cloud Silverlight (2 L ) app just launched:
http://tc.soulsolutions.com.au/ It provides a geo / deepzoom interface on public traffic cameras throughout the world. Windows Azure makes sets of frames into a sprite (as suggested by Jose at remix) so you get a little bit of history / animation on each camera. You can sign in (liveID) and add your own.
