I've just come in as Development Director on a very sexy, interactive data
visualisation (RIA) tool for a specific high-end business niche - upgrading
an earlier successful (but less interactive) hosted/SAAS product.
There is a bunch of stuff already done in Silverlight, but we need to re-ask
all the fundamental questions, and rebuild a team to own a structured and
controlled approach to a high quality version 2 of the product.
I'm looking to bring on an experienced LEAD DEVELOPER (yes with Silverlight
skills, but even more importantly) with the right aptitude, smarts, broad
experience and skillset to get the right fundamental architecture, data
structures and development practices appropriate to the need. If we get
these right the project will fly...
