Subject: No Build At All?

I am trying to figure out how to a TFS 2008 build that does not actually do the
compile steps, just some get and Exec tasks. I have seen <SkipGet> and
equivalent elements for other things, but nothing that makes the build file
not, um, build.

Help?

Thanks.
