Sadly yes - the DragDropPanel is not supported for WPF in the current
version of Blacklight (there was some discussion about it from the team -
they are focusing on SL in the short term). You can grab the v4.2 download
(which has the WPF DragDropPanel control - and the source too) but there
were no definitive plans to revive it.

 

That said, I'm using the DragDropPanel in a WPF4 application, and it is
awesome. Great for the pricetag.

There are some really impressive looking controls from the big companies,
but I can't justify getting a kit like that until I can pass on the costs to
the customer who needs it. I'd like some of those controls for my
hobby/learning projects, but I'd rather spend the money on Friday lunches. I
was hoping for some other kind of free Blacklight-like library in the
meantime. I'm still looking...
