Sadly yes - the DragDropPanel is not supported for WPF in the current version of Blacklight (there was some discussion about it from the team - they are focusing on SL in the short term). You can grab the v4.2 download (which has the WPF DragDropPanel control - and the source too) but there were no definitive plans to revive it. That said, I'm using the DragDropPanel in a WPF4 application, and it is awesome. Great for the pricetag.
