We are trying to install Xerces to work with an application that the creator
uses Xerces 2.5. I saw where you said it is buggy, but we are trying to stay with same version. So far unsuccessfully. We changed gcc version form 3.4 to 3.2, to 3.3 hoping that would correct the error based on posts we had seen regarding 2.5 issues.
I noticed in your post above you said something about 'solaris hints'
could you point me to that web page?
