Use mkdirs workaround also in case of file based downloaded bundles (FIXED) + Bug 332314. [ui] possible over use of ProvUIActivator.getProvisioningUI() and ProvisioningUI.getDefaultUI() (FIXED) + Bug 335153. Regression: p2 downloads are much slower due to picking remote artifacts even when a local file: URL is available (FIXED) + Bug 335414. Site parsing errors should mention the URL of the site being parsed and erroneous bit of XML for easier debuggery (FIXED)
