Hi Scott,

We usually consume ECF by changing the map files to refer to the desired 
version.
Assuming the version of ECF is a moving target, I suggest that we coordinate 
which version we should be using by having a bug report where you point us at 
the proper version. Does that work for you?

Does that change also includes moving to httpclient 4.x with built-in support 
for NTLM?
