Most probably it's related to https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=443139 . In short parent pom changed from passing maven.test.skip=true to skipTests=true . If in the hudson configuration maven.test.skip=false is passed it must be changed to skipTests=false.
