Hi all,
There was one bug for p2 in M3 (
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=448101). I was hoping
another committer for p2 could sign-off that the change is ready and M3 is
go from p2 point of view. Perhaps Krzysztof?

Bug 449294 - Declare Mars M3
The unit tests won't be done for a while, but I created our "sign off" bug
for M3 now ... if nothing else to remind everyone to set aside some time
for the final testing/sign-off -- or, to find a delegate to do it for you,
if you happen to be busy at EclipseCon. :)
