Hi, We are running a ~500 node Kademlia overlay on ~180 Planet lab machines and are using this system to investigate issues in building a large scale P2P VoIP and video system. The message exchange and PDUs follow the guidelines described in Peer-to-Peer Protocol (P2PP). http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-baset-p2psip-p2pp-01
We provide a web interface to publish and lookup key/value pairs from any node and to check the routing/storage state of any node. http://www1.cs.columbia.edu/~salman/peer/checker.php The description of the project is available at: http://www1.cs.columbia.edu/~salman/peer/ We have integrated the P2P protocol with an open source VoIP phone (OpenWengo) which you can download from the link below. You can then make a test call to user-ID 'test_call'. http://www1.cs.columbia.edu/~salman/peer/exec/p2ppWengoSetup.exe Please help us test this network.
