Indeed I had overlooked that new policy, my apologies for that (I go over those e-mails typically only once every month). It was my understanding that the readers of this list are ok to receive calls addressing P2P-related topics (at least me). Thus, personally I would love to see a p2p-hackers-announce list in place for that purpose. But if that does not get enough support, people may alternatively send me their P2P-related calls which I can then put on my list of P2P-related conferences and journals on the following website: http://hausheer.osola.com/cfps.
