Hi ,
I am trying for simulation of a IEEE 2010 p2p paper - " IRM: Integrated File
Replication and Consistency Maintenance in P2P Systems " by Haiying Shen . I
would like to know if this can be achieved by neurogrid simulator. The
concept goes like this :

Basically, each node actively decides to create a replica ( based on 2
parameters , if query initating rate (QIR) > threshold value replicate at
requester node , if query forwarding rate (QFR) > threshold value ,
replicate at the junction node ) , delete a replica ( if QIR goes below the
threshold , delete the replica which is at requester node and if QFR goes
below the threshold , delete the replica which is at junction node ) and to
poll for update based on file query rate (QIR) and file update rate . All
this happens dynamically

Is it possible to simulate the above concept using neurogrid ? please
someone give me an answer .
