I was wondering if anyone could share tips on their experience with
access to ICMP (at least traceroute) in crippled XP sockets? I'm
working on integrating the network topology nearby clustering trick via
upstream router registration - I'd been hoping the whole XP
(SP2/MS05-019) raw sockets issue would get resolved cleanly before I got
to this part of the code, but no such luck.
Appreciate any help!
