We are doing a travel-related ASP (application service provider) site, where we interact with the Sabre reservations system to get car rental rates. We have a Solaris library (binary, not source) which Sabre provided in order to contact their system. I wrote an XS perl extension to allow this library to be accessed from Perl. I actually have no idea what kind of mainframe it is, but I assume IBM. Stephen
