Great job Stephan! You obviously put some thought into this.

We need to add two related things:

Longevity -- Enterprise systems are generally designed to have
multi-year lifetimes and are staffed/funded appropriately.
Frameworks used for developing Enterprise systems need to
provide the peace of mind that comes from knowing the framework
will exist and be actively enhanced/supported throughout the
    lifetime of the application.

Buzz (popularity) -- A large piece of mindshare means that others
will adopt the toolkit and provide third party enhancements,
documentation, training and support. It also makes it more
likely that employee's and contractors can be hired with some
semblance of the needed skill set.

And one here:

Propaganda. It's a loaded word, but at a minimum we need to provide
performance comparisons to other platforms, sample development
timelines, suggested staffing roles, and total cost of ownership
comparisons to other frameworks. If they aren't favorable to P2EE
(I'd like to see the name change too), we aren't done.
