This has been converted to Python, and migrated from the FSL avwutils project. Added the .fslio.remove_ext wrapper function, for calling remove_ext programmatically. Adjust the .fslio.imcp, .fslio.imln, ~.fslio.immv, .fslio.imrm, and .fslio.remove_ext wrapper functions so that they raise an exception when an error occurs. Changed The .readFnirt function now allows keyword arguments to be passed through to .Image.__init__. 3.26.0 (Monday 8th December 2025) Added New cancel option to the fsl.utils.run.hold function, allowing the job hold to be cancelled. New fsl.wrappers.fsl_mrs and fsl.wrappers.fsl_mrs_proc modules containing wrapper functions for fsl_mrs. 3.25.1 (Monday 1st December 2025) Changed Minor adjustment to the .TaskThread to work around Python 3.14 warnings.
