This is a web application.  A bit of a special one in that all the server does
is serve static files, but it is the same in every other respect.  Therefore,
you should follow the Pacakging Guidelines for Web Applications when packaging
this:

Fedora does not require client-side JavaScript to be unbundled:
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:Guidelines#Duplication_of_system_libraries

Many web applications in the distribution do not perform such unbundling at
this time.  Therefore, you should continue to use the bundled JavaScript files.
 Without clear client-side JavaScript packaging guidelines, unbundling
currently causes more problems than it solves.
