few notes:
- drop the unneeded BRs (glibc, gcc, ...) - see
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:Guidelines?rd=Packaging/Guidelines#Exceptions_2
- if supported arches are arm* and x86* only, then using "ExclusiveArch: %{arm}
%{ix86} x86_64" will be preferred
- add steps required to obtain the source archive - see
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:SourceURL#Using_Revision_Control
