The macro-in-comment warnings are related with the following code:
# There is a race condition where sometimes there is none, one or two errors
# The error will be reported upstream
#%{__python} runtests.py
#pushd %{py3dir}
#%{__python3} runtests.py
#popd
My purpose here is to comment this code for now with the explicit stated
purpose of enabling this code as soon as possible.
If you disagree I can double the % sign but I think that in this case it is
harmless and an hopefully temporary measure.
