I own a package (cronolog) that hasn't had an upstream release in 11 years, but
it continues to build, and I use it every day on many servers at my work. So
it's possible :) Of course, it's a small C application with basically no
dependencies. This albumart application appears to depend on Python and PyQT,
both of which might lead to issues down the road if there's no one keeping up
with Python or PyQT API changes.

For albumart, I'm ok with reviewing, but you'll be on the hook for maintainance
should problems be found. Up to you.
