Your package is almost fine, but have a look at the latest Python guidelines
first:

%{__python} > %{__python}
Even %{python2_sitelib} instead of %{python_sitelib} would work (not in EPEL!)
but this isn't part of the guidelines yet. However, to be mor future-proof, you
might use it anyway.
