You can search mono-devel in http://pkgs.org to get the information. This
website is very helpful for comparing pkg version in different distros.

Very old now:

[rpmaker@fab dev]$ rpm -qa |grep mono-devel
mono-devel-2.10.8-5.fc20.i686
