- I'm not sure about scons usage in spec

- source contains tests, not sure if relevant
[?]: Development files must be in a -devel package
- probably not an issue
[!]: Package has no %clean section with rm -rf %{buildroot} (or
$RPM_BUILD_ROOT)
Note: %clean present but not required
- please fix that.
