Ok I didn't understand that this was your point. I thought you were referring
to the fact that this is an unofficial release. I checked the differences and
it seems that upstream has updated the 1.6.16 tarball by adding clarifications
to licenses.

Updated.

I've updated the srpm and the spec under the same URLs (-2) as above.
