Thanks, Adam. That put me on the right path. I remembered having to deal with
that on something else a while back, and solved it by building the src.rpm
with:

rpmbuild --nodeps -bs --define "_source_filedigest_algorithm md5" --define
"_binary_filedigest_algorithm md5" opendmarc.spec

That got us a good build on EL5:

My next question is: can you please provide a link to the spec file you're
using to build on F21? I'm trying to make a single spec file for both SysV and
systemd versions, which simply allows commenting and uncommenting of different
sections depending on the version (of course, after March 2017, we won't have
to worry about SysV).
