EL7 ships with perl5.16, EL6 with perl5.10; hoever, the majority of modules on
CPAN maintains compatibility with 5.8, sometimes even 5.6.  This should be
fine.

The reason I was asking is that, when packaging for EPEL, you need to use some,
from Fedora's point of view, obsolete constructs in your SPEC files.
