I'm not sure how to set the conditional: one that hides %postun and %posttrans from rawhide completely or one that sets a global, that is used inside these macros. The second might make the spec-file less readable. But this is just one conditional, for Code::Blocks we have tons of conditionals that clutter the spec-file (I should see if I find the time to clean this up).
